A great product! But often I hear people say 'yeah but you use it for almost two years now, so you find it easy to use, but for me ....'. All I can see is that is really easy and to prove it, I will present you with a short user manual.
This blog article contains part 1: menu structure
The layout of the website is already determined by incorporating your current website template or you choose from any purchased prebuild website template.
For Lialis we have choosen to have a site with a menu structure at the top and the page consist of two frames (of course this can be different for your site).
Examples:

With Internet Explorer you access the Shazzoo web editor. Login with your Lotus notes internet login:

Site Navigation – menu items
With the Site Navigation your determine the menu structure of the website. (Note the look and feel (colours, division of the page, fonts,…) is determined by the integrated website template). When you want to create a new web page, that must be clickable in the menu structure, you start by creating a Navigation menu item or menu sub item.

When you don’t select a current menu item and click New, only ‘Menu item’ is available. When you select a menu item or sub menu tim, also the option Sub menu is available.

The Title you provide is also the title that is presented on the website, so make sure the Title suites the new product (for which you should perform an Keyword analysis in front to determine the best product name, view SEO on our website for more information).

Description is not important. Use the sort order number to determine the order of the menu items. As long as the associated web page is not ready, the Publication status should be on draft. The URL is filled in automatically when you link the associated web page (option on the web page).
Click Save and Close. Click F5 or Refresh view.
Now you can create the new web page, including YouTube movies, headers, html code, surveys, etc. Described in the next blog article: WYSIWYG editor: user manual part 2 - Create new page. In this manual I will also show the Search Engine Optimization possibilities available in Shazzoo.
Can't wait? Send me an email and I will send you the complete manual. Or check out Shazzoo yourself by visiting the Free Shazzoo try out.
